Edgewater Isle

Edgewater Isle is a waterfront development on the East shore of the San Mateo Lagoon just South of 92. It consistas of condominums and townhomes. Bordering the lagooon it begins a walking trail which is open to the public and continues South on the East Shore of the lagoon between the lagoon and the residences which border it. As one walks South one will be in Foster City where residents may enjoy the lagoon but do not have ownership rights on the lagoon and cannot place docks in front of their residences. Foster City (On the San Mateo Marina Lagoon)

The Foster City Waterfront resides on the East Shore of the Lagoon and for purposes of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) consists of the Metro Center, Isle Cove and Dolphin Isle Realtor Area Maps. Neighborhood Watch

We have one of the most active Neighborhood Watch programs in the County! Inquire about an an opportunity to Join Neighborhood Watch as a Block Captain. An induction dinner will be held on December 6th for all Block Captains, Nominate yourself or tell a neighbor! Block Captain’s are updated on crime trends & safety through Community Alerts. They help insure neighbors are receiving the information. The Neighborhood Watch program is resident lead with police community cooperative involvement to battle against burglaries or other crimes. Its primary purpose is personal & property protection for neighbors. Block captains organize neighborhood meetings to talk about safety issues. A Board made up of concerned residents oversees with support from the Neighborhood Policing Unit. Your involvement will help reduce crime in our neighborhoods.
